One of the first herbs to shine in my garden each year is Sage. A dense plant with grayish-green leaves; a robust aroma and a classic earthy flavor. Sage is a prolific producer and a delicate beauty with purple flowers sure to brighten up any herb or backyard garden. I know spring is here, when my sage starts to bud and the ladybugs begin to hover.😊
